As a reminder for you, the injunction was refused, because I first had to prove my ownership of streitbefangenen dogs, and went on three instances since WIN was behind the theft, and did not want to be satisfied with all of my individually obtained judgments.

Then sued the breeder WiN to release the dogs.

As I just learned by telephone, the other side to re-extension of the District Court has asked for their appeal notice. The extension would likely take place no later than 27/11/2009, the period granted at the discretion of the court.
